Physical Description: Rover is a large, white balloon, varying from five to ten feet in diameter. It glows slightly from inside, sort of a greenish yellow, which is more apparent in darkness than in daylight. Its surface ripples as it moves; it is not inflated to the point of being completely rigid. It can become smaller to fit into enclosed spaces when necessary, and can become three linked balloons to carry an unconscious patient.
Language: Rover does not speak, but emits a high-pitched whine and, when attacking, roaring noises. (The attack sound is somewhere between ocean surf, a lion roaring, and a toilet flushing.)
This is all best illustrated by an example -- Rover's first scene in the series. (If this link becomes dead, please PM me and I'll find another!)
Current Physical Status: Normal.
Current Power Limitations: All patients are considered to be too valuable to kill. Rover can do the following things:
1. Blunt force: it stops a speeding golf cart by ramming it, and can knock people unconscious just by hitting them in the head.
2. Suffocate characters by shoving itself on their face. This is its primary means of subduingprisoners patients.
3. Transport unconscious characters to different locations. (Normally, this will just be back to where characters entered the area, but other destinations can be arranged.)
4. Briefly confuse/terrify characters upon waking up from Rover-induced blackouts -- if they have undergone any sort of trauma or mental conditioning, it could bring it back to the surface, which could include canon experiences, M-U, and SC. The use and details of this effect is up to the discretion of players of the knocked-out characters and their threadmates.
